Status of EOI TPC D : Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission , pursuant to section 86(1) (d) read with section 14 of Electricity Act, 2003 vide its Notice dated 1st January 2014 , had invited “ Expression of Interest (EOI) “ for grant of Distribution Licence in the area of supply served by Tata Power Company-Distribution. Last date for submission of EOI was 31st January 2014.
